Inspired by “The Honorable Merchant” (Der Ehrbare Kaufmann) by Theodor Böhner, a significant work that delves into the ethical principles and practices of commerce, focusing on the role of morality, responsibility, and trust in business dealings.. Written in the early 20th century, the book emphasizes the concept of the “honorable merchant” as a businessperson who conducts trade with integrity, fairness, and a sense of social responsibility.
